1. Who operates the service

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account details such as your email address, username, profile image, login-provider information, and verification records; prompts, conversations, uploaded reference images, generated files and metadata; subscription, credit, payment-session, and activity records; and technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, identifiers used to prevent abuse, and cookie or browser-storage values.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide image-generation and editing features, store and display conversation history, process uploads and outputs, manage credits and subscriptions, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, comply with law, and communicate about service or support matters. We do not use your prompts or images to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we generally rely on performance of a contract to provide the service, legitimate interests for security and service improvement, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations for records we must retain. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may share relevant information with providers that help us operate the service, including Google for optional sign-in, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, OpenRouter and Replicate or other model providers for AI processing, and Cloudflare R2 for file storage and delivery. Providers receive only information needed for their function. These providers may process data in countries different from yours, including the United States. Where required, we use legally recognised transfer safeguards or other lawful mechanisms.
6. Storage and retention
Account, conversation, credit, subscription, and payment records may be kept while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for security, support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Uploaded and generated files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and may be subject to storage-lifecycle limits, deletion requests, technical cleanup, or account deletion. We aim to retain the history record where practical, but a history entry may remain after its underlying file is no longer available. We do not promise permanent file storage.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Send a request to Contact support. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain limited information where required by law or needed to protect the service. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your place of residence.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Updates
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
